Annie,

What a stunning collection. Not off topic at all IMO.

I think this show is the one that was recently censored by the
Smithsonian in Washington DC. After Senator Boxer displayed one of the
photos during Senate debate, the Smithsonian decided they should
severely edit the captions and move the entire show to an obscure
downstairs hallway. How kind of them, to protect us from those things
that might shake us up, or disturb our warm and fuzzy torpor.

So this post brings to my mind Art censorship, and the politics of big
oil, both subjects of great interest to (some) Potters.
