ot a pain in the neck

Please, please, please DO NOT try specific exercises for ailments
and complaints, aches and pains without getting a diagnosis from
your preferred medical practitioner and/or therapist first.
Rolling your head back (for example) can be extremely destructive
and cause problems even in otherwise healthy necks and it could
be downright dangerous for some people. If it is recommended as a
specific treatment for a specific problem a patient suffers that
is one thing, but it is most definitely not a cure all for any
neck problem - quite the contrary.

There is a lot going on in your neck so it is vital you do not
mess with it!

Sincerely

Janet Kaiser - a long-time sufferer of back and neck pain as well
as a pain in the neck herself! Ho!
