Well the South Lake Tahoe Co-op is almost open for business. A couple more weeks should do it. Some of the board members asked me.....if I could ask you all.....just one more question (you know I'm lyin') We need some ideas for setting up our by-laws. Do any of the members of the guilds/co-ops have a copy of their by-laws that they could e-mail me. We need some starting point and lots of ideas about what has worked for some and not worked for others.
