kiln frame....free to industrious souls

It's a sort of a sad story...
I purchased an Alpine kiln...about 10 cu. ft.
and arranged to have it picked up and delivered
to my home...
So the kiln made it out of the yard,
onto the truck. Off the truck and on to
the forks of the forklift to be set down.
It then managed to fall off the forks and
land dead center in my driveway.
So...a couple of days later...another
forklift came to pick the kiln up...
so the sad part of the story is that when
the kiln was lifted into a vertical position,
the forks of the forklift poked a huge hole
in the back wall of the kiln.
Upon closer inspection...I noticed the soft
bricks were not in great shape. I think the
kiln was about 15 years old...had a long life
in the rain....
So...I proceeded to dismantle the bricks...

what I am left with is the frame of a kiln...
hinged door that works...

I am offering the frame to anyone in Southern
California who is interested in picking it up.
The metal could be sandblasted and reinforced....
perhaps painted....
With some work...an industrious soul would have
a sweet kiln.
Let me know
