We are a group of six potters who are planning to set up a co-op gallery (in Canada).

We have found that we agree on virtually everything we want to do but we feel we need a somewhat formal agreement between us regarding shares, etc.

Would any of you Clayarters who have been in similar places have a copy of your agreements with wording you might be willing to share? Any advice that you can offer at this point would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance. In order not clutter the Clayart list please send directly to my address. Thanks again.

I have just joined a very neat, very small Artist Co-op in Pass-A
Grille, Florida. This tiny town sits on the Gulf Beaches near St.
Petersburg, Florida.

The Co-op's name is "A Little Room For Art" mainly beacuse it is in a
building that is 10 feet wide by 30 feet long. You could contact the Co-op
by writing to A Little Room For Art - 111 8th Ave. - Pass-A-Grille,
Florida - 33706. Or phone them at (727)360-8572. They seem to be doing
great.
