Bruce -

You are smart to think of this before ... and not after.

I spend $300 per year to be a Limited Liability Corporation. These are fees charged by
the state of North Carolina.

It seperates my personal assets from those of my business. Anyone who wins a
lawsuit can have all the clay they can haul away but they can't touch my home or
savings.

Is it lawyer proof? Who knows ... but at least it could discourage frivolous lawsuits as
their lawyers would not see enough potential profit to continue.

Although, would anyone who is dumb enough to sue a potter know enough to stop?

Chris Campbell - in North Carolina - damp & cold & rainy ... ick !
