Dear Clayfolk near Tacoma, WA;
Hank Murrow will be presenting a workshop at Tacoma Community College
on May 17th & 18th. The workshop will be for the students in their clay
program. However, Hank will give a slide talk Saturday evening at 5pm
open to the public. His pottery will be on display there, and he will
share images from his latest series of wall plaques called, "Migrations
of the Heart", a study of romantic love using the movements of geese
and cranes as the central metaphor. There will be ample opportunity for
informal questions.
Hope to see a few Clayarters there........ Wear your red dots!
