shop manual/wheels - one possible 'answer' to the dilemma...

All it takes for any Manufacturer of a Machine or device to
have a 'Manual' for the care, maintenance or understanding
of their Product, is for someone as understands the device
to set some illustrations and a few paragraphs in order and
print the darned thing.

One possibility, is, if some user of one of these 'Wheels'
say, were to write a concise, clearly illustrated little
'Manual', and submit a dummy-copy with some previous
communications having just happenned, to the 'boss' or
delegated 'deal-maker' of some
such Manufactureing Company, and have the arrangement maybe,
that if they want to publish the thing as is now "DONE" and
ready to publish, that the Author get's maybe a 'Wheel'
on-the-house for their troubles...

If I had a Wheel I liked, and for which there was no extant
'Manual'...that's what I'd do...

Or, if I were a Manufacturer of a Wheel for which no Manual
was extant, and someone made me that pitch, and had
submitted a good Manual for my evaluation...I'd give 'em a
Wheel for their trouble.

And why not?
