order the spare part # 14 someone mentioned, you have to call 1-800-444-3353
Ext. 670. One problem, Ext. 670 does not seem to exist. However, if you
manage to get someone to answer, you'll pay for shipping twice. You cannot be
transferred from sales to the tech. desk, "my system doesn't allow that."
When I became frustrated, I was told I can call the direct line at my
expense, "they answer that line first."
Did anyone buy the extra warranty for $11.something a year?
What's up with that ordering system?
