I was cruising through some professional e mail reports and came across this
report of a recent case. i t may be of interest to some.

Artist's lifelike glass-in-glass sculptures of jellyfish combine ideas,
which are unprotectable, with standard elements and are not subject to
protection under the Copyright Act.
