clay chimney barbeque

Friends of mine have a clay chimney type of barbeque which has developed =
quite a deep crack. To repair this crack I thought of maybe gum arabic =
(we're in England) or maybe Milliput. Does anyone know of anything that =
will work for sure. Thanks, Dawn.

i dont know if this will work or not. but when they repaired my fireplace
they used the same cement that i use for my kiln repair.. i buy the
already mixed up stuff from davens ceramic supply here.. so i dont know
whats in it for sure..
