Dear Earl,
I checked the website and the wheel specifications whish, as you said,
required a password. So then I wrote a few questions to the "contact us"
link.
The Boston wheel sounds like a trimming wheel or motorized banding
wheel..as described below.
Best wishes,
Marcia

"The Boston Wheel Model 75 is pack with features.

This particular Model is a fix speed (75RPM) Machine. I'm sure with your
experience you understand that when working with clay or ceramic the optimum
speed is 75RPM. This is the mean where most of the work is finished. The
torque is very constant and powerful. The motor is a proprietary design just
for this application.

The 9" wheel head has a double taper bearing which eliminates any vertical
and horizontal play. Perfect for trimming and painting.

The wheel head is 3/8 of inch lower than the side allowing any runoff to
drain to a cup inside the machine. The Model 75 is portable and safe."
