Back when R&J first put their book out for sale, there was much discussion
about this. It was requested that if we were going to talk about the glazes
on the list that we NOT list the formula here, because R&J put a ton of
their own time and $$$ into the development and testing of those glazes, and
the only way any of that could be recovered is through the sale of their
book. If I remember correctly, I think the same request is in the front of
the book somewhere too. I think that if we want them (and others) to
continue the Quest for the Poifect Glaze we have to respect this request.

I always felt inconvenient to pass recipes from books, I asked two different clayarters
among them an author if I am allowed to do so. Both told me it was fine to pass a
recipe, not a book, but I should compliment the writer.
The way I did it, I believe might help to sell some copies of the books the same way I
choose to buy books you write about.
Since Ron and John request not to pass though the net their recipes, I became miser
about such recipes, or, I asked the authors for permission. From my site I removed
recipes that are not mine.
Can you tell me, In a book like Lana Wilson's ( Buy it if you have not done yet!)
There are recipes that were tested, not necessarily hers, are they "public domains"?
