Books:
Anything by John Toky
"What Every Potter Should Know," by Zamek
Your kiln manual (worth purchasing if you bought a used kiln that
didn't come with a manual)
"Mastering Cone Six Glazes," by Roy & Hesselberth

Poster:
Paragon has an 11" x 17" kiln firing chart, which includes loading
basics, pyrometric cone chart, deg. C/F conversion formulas, etc.
Anyone on Clayart can have the chart at no charge by sending your
postal address to

paragonind@worldnet.att.net

Good luck with your kiln!
