throwing cookie dough; was kelly's cookies -

I have thrown cream cheese to take to parties with a dip inside, but
have not thrown cookie dough. Cream cheese is more slipppery than
porcelain! I put it on the plate it was to be served on, anchored the
plate with my giffin grip, and worked fast, almost dry. I oiled my
hands... haven't done it in a while. It always gets a lot of
attention, for sure!

Would a nice soft sugar cookie recipe be possible or would it just be
too crumbly?

Interesting thought... maybe someone will try it and report to the rest of us!
