Depends on your browser AND the settings! There should really be no need
for a previously visited page to reload if you have enough memory allocated
for the cache. I no longer use Internet Explorer (or Netscape), so cannot
tell you where to change your settings.

However, I can also warmly recommend you try out Opera, the browser
developed in Norway. If you are experiencing slow down-loading, this
browser is far faster than IE or NS under "normal" circumstances anyway. It
also has the added attraction of being able to toggle between "with" and
"without" images, so each page you access is even faster! It has all been
quite a revalation to me the past few weeks...

You can download a free version to try it out http://www.opera.com It has
an ad banner, but if you fall in love with it, there is an ad-free option
available for $29 or $39.

There is a great user list too... They call it "high volume" but compared
to Clay Art... Well, it is all relative, isn't? Compare Trafalgar Square to
Criccieth High Street at rush hour! Both are "busy"!

Sincerely

Janet Kaiser - naturally no connection with the Norski developers, just
enamoured by enhanced browsing experience and "real people" answering all
my dumb questions. Way to go!
