Not sure when Zirconium came on the market as an opacifier, but from what I
saw of Frans's pots the whites were tin opacified. That is what makes them
so wonderful on iron rich bodies. And, yes, it's ok for me to speak of him
as Frans; he was one of my teachers at SAC.
