Hello all -

It has recently been pointed out to me that having a web-site is now
as basic a tool for business as an answering machine, fax or cell phone. I'd
like to re-visit this subject for my business column in Pottery Making
Illustrated.

To do this, I will need to do some serious web surfing and I would
like to specifically see these kinds of sites. Please e-mail me your web
address and tell me which of the following you represent. ( ccpottery@aol.com
)

1. I designed and maintain my own site and had no previous experience
with web design until I did my own.

2. I designed and maintain my own site but had previous knowledge or
have a family member / friend who does it for me.

3. I had someone else design my site for less than $500.

4. I had someone else design my site for $500 - $1,000.

5. I had someone else design my site for $1000 to $2,000 plus.

6. My site works for generating sales revenue.

7. My site gets a lot of hits each month.

I will also be pleased to hear any stories you can offer on what
mistakes you made and what you would or would not do again.

Of course, all rollicking success stories will also be appreciated.

I thank you all in advance for helping me with this research.

ust get outside and play.
