with all due respect, it is PURPLE DRESSES and RED HATSs, from the poem

WARNING by Jenny Joseph

When I am an old woman I shall wear purple
With a red hat which doesn't go and doesn't suit me....
........
But maybe I ought to practice a little now?
So people who know me are not too shocked and surprised
When suddenly I am old, and start to wear purple.

there is an entire organization out there called the Red Hat Society
http://www.redhatsociety.com/

I do like the idea...Maybe after the mug (mug sized object?) exchange we
could pair
up ladies with the wild hats and men with the unique ties and have a
fashion parade on the
way to dinner.

I will be glad to go thru my husbands closet and donate some of his ties
to this cause ;-)

Millie in Md. I deffinitly have to check the alcohol content on my
decongestent,
this thread could not have possibly been this funny.
