There are no "associate" or "spouse" memberships in NCECA.
Your spouse can join and register for the conference and pay the regular
price
or not register at all.
My wife (the sweet Karen) has accompanied me both ways, registering
when the programs sound really good, and just coming along if they don't.
If not registered, she can still visit in the Clayart room, have a drink
with
friends in the hotel lobby, and go to all the shows around town by private
vehicle, so there's still a lot to do.
If there is one program in particular your unregistered spouse wants to
attend, he can probably "borrow" a friend's nametag for an hour.
Of course this entirely against the rules, and he would feel pretty bad
if the person checking at the door happened to know the person whose
nametag you borrowed !

I'm wondering. Does NCECA have any arrangements for those who
accompany members to NCECA? Like an associate's pass or something? I
would like to bring my husband, but don't know if he could go on the
tour bus, visit the shows, the sales, maybe the commercial show?

I remember the Denver NCECA was very strict about badges. Anyone know
the policy?
