Has everyone seen the article in Ceramics Monthly about Frances Senska?

Well, I thought their might be someone interested in the Clayart group,
besides myself, who would like to purchase a piece from her. After some
research I found the Bozeman gallery that carries her work and was quite
surprised at how inexpensive her pieces are. Her little "Partridges," as
shown in the article, are only $20.00 each! Apparently she does not do much
work any longer and the gallery only gets 3-4 kiln loads a year. They just
got a load of about 30 pieces and they are going quick.

If you are interested call:

Artifacts Gallery

They take Credit Cards and will ship at cost.

Good Luck.

About 3 years ago, my husband and I were on a road trip to Montana, and we
have a good friend who lives in Bozeman. He does work with Frances from
time to time, and got us in to see her at her home studio, where we spent
about 3 hours talking to her about clay and looking at her collection. We
got one of those little partridges and a very nice casserole dish, which we
use frequently. She is a wonderful, interesting person, with more energy
in her 80's than I have in my 50's! We will always remember the hours we
spent at her studio. Great fun!
