Thanks to all that responded!!!!

Ralph at L&L tech and I have spent quite a bit of time on the phone trying
to figure this thing out. After checking every possible thing that could be
checked, we have determined that there is nothing wrong with the operational
controls of my kiln. We have narrowed it down to the elements as being the
problem. As I stated before my kiln is a 208 volt 3 phase. The resistance
(ohms) of the elements should be reading around 14 they are reading 16 which
is correct for a 240 single phase kiln not a208. So we came to the
conclusion wrong elements. We are going to try a different set of elements
type S that should really improve the performance of this kiln. By the way
L&L are sending these free of charge.

Don't let my problems with my kiln stop anyone from buying an L&L if you are
in the market for a new kiln. From what I understand this is on isolated
problem not the norm.

Ralph at L&L has gone above and beyond in helping me solve this problem and
tried in every way to do it in an expeditious manner. He returned all my
calls promptly and didn't make me feel rushed at any time. Seems like a good
guy I'd like to have a beer with sometime. I don't know what they pay him
but I'll bet it's not enough!! Because anyone that can keep me calm on the
phone has their work cut out for them.

I'll install new elements when they arrive and give updates good or bad.
