Hi folks,
A clarification on Steven Hill doing a pre NCECA workshop.
The Ceramic Artists of San Diego is the sponsoring group for this
workshop, not the San Diego Potters Guild. The contact person is Debbie
Nolan at: dsn0123@aol.com she's the workshop coordinator for CASD.
The Nottingham Center for the Arts will also be having two pre NCECA
workshops and one heck of a post conference party. We have Malcom Davis
coming for a four day workshop ( Sat-Tue ) and are still negotiating the
other one. Stay tuned for that.
The post NCECA party will be saturday afternoon and evening. We will
have our Giant Pit Fire, a cone 10 charcoal infusion firing , and Louis
Katz giving a performance with his Organ Flambe that was such a hit at
the last NCECA. Yes, he's trucking the whole rig from Corpus Cristi
Texas to the Nottingham Center.
This will be one hell of a firing / party so plan to stay over a day or
so.
