This email should be directed to ebay and a call to your credit card
company is in order. Credit card companies take this seriously and can
bring about action.

My family has had past experience with a bad seller on ebay and the
situation was taken care of with a full refund.

Good luck

Through 'e-bay' is a function you are entitled to use, as
allows you acess to the 'contact' address 'phone number etc
of information a registered user had supplied them with.

If the information is current or accurate, you may then call
the seller and see what they have to say.

Sometimes sellers loose their computer, their internet
provider, get hit bye a Bus, take ill, move, or who knows.

Sometimes...they just 'clip' ya.

Anyway...

Good Luck!

Maybe some Clay-Art pal as might live near 'Canton', would
like to mosey over to the seller and ask them what's-what?

If I lived near there...I'd be happy to do so for you.

But alas...

You may have fraud protection available to you from American
Express. Ebay's fraud protection must be started within 60 days of the
transaction, meaning that you had to file before Sept. 25.

The feedback on the wheels consists of 3 early, initial ones from buyers
with very low feedback numbers. These sing the praises of the wheel. Two
later ones that are negatives because of very long waits or no
shipment. Move quickly before ebay NARUs the guy (NARU = "Not a Registered
User"). This ebay feedback information is
from:
http://cgi2.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback&userid=bostonpottery

A wheel is a grand tool. The right one lasts a lifetime, and probably
should not be bought over long distances through venues such as Ebay that
have repeatedly avoided any responsibility for fraud or
misrepresentation. Further, this one appears to have a single speed, which
will limit its productivity and usefulness.

This is an unfortunate thing to happen to you. My purchase of your store's
buffalo horn sculpting tools was a lucky day in my life -- they are
wonderful. I hope you can resolve this Boston Wheel situation to your benefit.

You've missed the 30 day period for filing a claim with PayPal and the 60
day period for filing with eBay. The seller has been kicked off eBay, so
that's a bad sign.

Call American Express, tell them you never received the merchandise and
that you want to initiate a chargeback, dispute a charge or whatever the
correct term is. I think they should be able to reverse the charge and get
your money back. But do it immediately - don't let this drag out any longer.

Dear Guangzhen,
There are several things you can do.

Call your bank immediately and see if the check has
been cashed. If it hasn't, for a fee, unfortunately for
you, you can order a 'stop payment' on the check.
That will prevent the person from cashing it.

Revisit the page that shows the end of the auction
and scroll down to the bottom. Find the subject
concerning dispute reslution or something similar to
that topic. (It may be there or it may be in one of the
help archives.)

You can send an email to this person stating that
you will register an unfavorable complaint via the
'feedback' part of the ebay website. It's not as
effective as the first two suggestions, but this threat
might make them come around. You can also
threaten to contact the Better Business Bureau in
their town and lodge a complaint. Check out the
steps you can take to register a complaint against
this vender. You can also check out the
Massachusetts State government to see if there is a
Bureau of Consumer Affairs. It is my understanding
that this state is vigilant about enforcing violations of
this sort. Worth mentioning to Mr. Doherty also.

Good Luck

Jeanette Harris
