Re: that body on which everything crazes. We all have stories about bad
bodies, when the manufacturer of the body made a mistake.

Or when we were misinformed about what was IN the body, with awful results.
Ah, yes. Called up supplier asked for white talc/magnesium free body. I
was into blue brushwork on white glaze then. Was assured Body X was fine.
Wanted blue, got purple. (For newcomers: magnesium turns cobalt blues
purplish.)

My first guess then is that something is wrong with the body you were sent.

AND NOVICES NOTE: Keep or mix several bodies of the same cone range as your
main body. If you run into unexpected trouble with glazes--even when
not--compare with how it works on other bodies. Good learning experience.
Sometimes the easiest glaze problem cure IS another body.
