Greetings all------at least Half the tools I use can be found in Bakeries.
Rolling pins, roulettes, spatulas, whisks and baking pans to name just a
few. I even use a small Hobart dough mixer for test batches of clay.
It's pretty amazing the parallels between the the two Arts/crafts (let's
not start that again).
When I lived in Kona, the old Kona Bakery went up for Auction, and a
majority of the people who showed up were potters looking for tools. A
number of the bakers I did business with were puzzled we all were there.
They hadn't considered the similarities between the two.
