I am in the Army and travel overseas on occasion. I picked up a scale in
Thailand (0-10kg) for about $15. I just returned from Yemen and they had
comparable scales for about the same price. If you know anyone in the
military, perhaps you can talk to them and let them know what you are
looking for. These scales work just great. Just thought I would add another
source that is much more inexpensive than the scales you can find in the
states.
