since my wonderful clay trip to Japan last year came about due to a
Clayart notice, i thought i'd pass this info along (Sang Joon was my
teacher and is a truly inspiring guy):
Sang Joon Park, former teacher at the Craft Students League in New
York City is heading a "Traditional Korean Woodfiring Workshop and
Ceramics Tour of South Korea,"
Cost for workshop, airfare and accommodations (at a ceamics school in
the mountains):$2000.
Dates: Aug 27-Sept 9.
