Victoria Hansen
http://www.woodfirewoman.com/default.htm
In some way, the genius of these fast-woodfired pots, wheel thrown,
with their altered shapes, their interesting colour development,
their grace, are reminiscent for me of the spirit of Lucie Rie's work.
One of the best bodies of work I have seen.
Hansen has built two Olsen-type woodfire kilns.
Professor at U. of S. Colorado

Warren Mackenzie Article at Wisconsin U. "Labweb" site
(View in Netscape; set font at 12 or smaller)
(IE fails to show images.)

Also:
Maria Martinez (New) on U. Wisc. site
http://labweb.education.wisc.edu/arted/learning/ceramics/web/Maria%20Page.html
Again, pictures of this potter, and her work, plus bio.
This part of the Labweb site not well-constructed, I'm sorry to say.
Still, it's interesting if you can view it.
There are some text plus pictures pages on basic technique.
The site seems aimed at K-12 teachers of art.

I do wish the Gardiner would improve the graphics on site.
There should be some images at least that can be viewed in a larger format.
