Linda: If you are going to Las Vegas do NOT miss a visit with Phil Poburka-
clayarter and owner of Bison tools. Since you are a motor head you might
get Phil to take you around town on his 47 Indian. If it's raining in the
desert he may take you in the 50's International truck. Get Phil to dress up
in his 40's style zoot suit and retro ties and shoes. He is one hell of a
dashing looking character and as nice a guy as you will find outside Canada.
I recommend a chicken dinner at The Green Shack- an old mobster hangout.
Belongs to an old customer of a mine. Phil will know the hangouts and he
makes a fine cup of coffee. He has nice cups too!

There's a great sculpture by Viola Frey in a main corridor of the
Bellagio. Contact Amy Kline and/or Tom and Elaine Coleman (both have
websites) to find other good stuff. Also check out Philip Poburka, maker
of Bison Tools -- the best but also the most expensive.
