It happened the same to me for some time until I couldnt stand for a couple
of days.I was desperate thinking no more pottery for me.Then I discovered a
Japanese kind of gym called KEN NAGARA. It mixes Shiatsu with posture and
martial art. It saved my life.

>I know a fella who pots all day, everyday, has had back and front problems.

He swears this style of sitting has fixed it all.
he makes a saddle seat out of cinder block, and makes a little saddle out of
wood and foam. He swears by it.

Not so expensive that one couldnt just try it out and see.
