Hi Clayarters,
I just got my copy of the new Axner catalog and found myself extremely
tempted by their new "Axner" wheels. The catalog says that the wheels are
comparable (ney, might they even be better??) than Brents...And since I
need to buy 14 electric wheels for the studio, I'd love it if I could get
high quality and save a few hundred dollars at the same time.
Alas, I can't drive down to Axner to try one out for myself. And though
they have a very nice return policy, there's still the shipping to and fro
to pay for.
So, I'm wondering if anyone out there has had a chance to try one out
themselves. Is it stable? Is it quiet? Is it reliable? How is the foot
pedal? Is the power there for 25-50lbs? How DOES it compare to Brent C's.
