Does anyone have a formula for a glaze that is called
medicine bottle blue cone 6 oxidation? I had the
darned thing about two months ago and can't find it,
mucho frustrating. Somebody please help.

Harold,
What you need to make that shade of blue is a little cobalt carbonate, say
1-3% in a high-zinc glaze. Look for a recipe that fires to the temperature
you like and has somewhere around 10% zinc oxide. That's a lot of ZnO in
molecular terms.
