I don't know whether to be happy or sad.
This morning, two clayarters on their way home from NCECA, picked up 1000
pounds of my silica cement that I have offered on potterbarter for FREE
(Still 1000 pounds left!!!) I was all excited, been looking forward to this
ALL WEEK!!! And my husband is happy to have at least half of the stack
gone.
Sadly, they were in a hurry to pickup a harp in Iowa. So they left without
us getting a chance to visit!!!!! Aaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhggggggggghhhhh boo
hoo hoo. I AM SO SAD!!! I wanted to talk clay and kilns and
whatever--grownup conversation.
As I moan and groan to my husband, my daughter says, "It's okay mommy, you
can talk to me instead!" So we helped dad plant some of our trees from the
Conservation Department and then came inside and read books. Turned out to
be a great day after all.
