I spent yesterday - a full 24 hours trying to get my geil kiln to cone 10.
It was my first firing. The kiln is a Dbl12. If anyone out there has one
of these kilns and could offer some good advise/tips I would really
appreciate it. I think the gas pressure and supply is adequate so I think
the problems lie with my technique. It was a calm but cold day/evening.
The kiln is second hand but never before fired. Everything on the kiln
seems to be working correctly. thanks lindsay.
