metaphorical glaze colors

>Dear Ivor,

This caught my eye because it is something I really try to work with. I
write down descriptive words in a book I have like people maybe collect
action verbs to set into their resumes.

When I give a glaze result, I ,as possible, avoid any editorial
description, like I love it, or I hate it or it looks like spring's breath
or junior's poop. I appreciate the same when other's describe their test
results in terms most everyone can get an idea from. Nestle brown and it
is a glaze with attitude still keeps me wondering. It is a challenge to
keep it objective, but I check my description list and plug in the
appropriate. Also gives a consistency to the descriptions for later use.

>By the way, is there an objective way of describing the colours of glazes?
>Do they always have to be given a metaphorical reference as is done with
>those household paint samplers.
