Dear mug exchanger,

Following is the name and address of your mug partner (s).
Carole Fox
67 S. Edgewood Lane
Elkton, MD 21921
cfox@dca.net

Please send them your offering, be it mug, teabowl, or raygun, as
soon as you can, but definitely within the next two weeks. If you
are unavoidably delayed, please, please communicate with your
partner and let them know what's happening. This can forestall a
great deal of disappointment and misunderstanding.

Print out and save this message right now! I will be away from
home for the next two weeks, and may not be able to help if you
lose your partner's name and address.

Please pack your mug carefully -- all of us would like our mugs to
arrive in one piece.

It's always nice to include a word or two about yourself and the
kind of work you do, a glaze recipe, or anything else you'd like to
share. After all, this is meant to be a way to connect with others,
not just an exchange of merchandise.

If you would like, snap a picture of either the mug you send or the
mug you receive, and send it to me. I will put them together into a
mug exchange gallery on my website, as we did a couple of years
ago -- great fun to see the variety of work exchanged. Mail prints
to: Chris Schafale, 209 N Woodrow St, Fuquay-Varina, NC
27526, USA, or email digitals to candle@intrex.net. I don't have a
way of scanning slides, so please don't send those.

Most of all, enjoy getting to know another potter. Who says the
NCECA-goers have all the fun!?

Let the mugs fly!

Chris
