I'm not gone yet, but the "Tools" thread strikes a chord. In this household
(one professional quilter-wife- one professional sculptor-daughter, and one
Librarian-Printmaker daughter), tools are almost community property. The
best computer- Iris-- The best welding stuff- Emily-- the best jewelers
lathe- Patsy-- tha tractor-me- the toolroom lathe- me-- The sandblaster-
Emily and I-- The two "dog" houses on the deck- 18 lb watch dog and 20 lb
watching cat.(there is a difference in 'watch' and 'watching', just ask any
Raccoon)
etc-
Wouldn't have it any other way.

Bill,
Run don't walk to the nearest store and be the hit for Valentine's Day.
Today, I saw amongst the Valentine candy, a heart shaped box by Black and
Decker. It came with a cordless drill and bits. Now wouldn't that be a hit
for your wife and daughters...
