The Carolina Clay Guild will host California clay artist Eric Struck for =
a 2-day hands on workshop on throwing large forms and throwing in =
sections. There are 4 spaces left in the workshop which will be held =
March 9 and 10, 2002 at Rockingham Community College in Wentworth, NC. =
That's near Reidsville for those of you looking at a map. =20

Cost of the workshop is $85 plus $14 for meals (optional, but you are =
responsible for your own meals otherwise). Participants BYO clay and =
tools.

Nearest airport is Greensboro; you can ship your tools ahead to avoid =
security issues.

Lisa, et al.,

I highly recommend Eric Struck's workshop in trowing large pots. Eric is a
terrific potter who is able to explain--I mean, in real words--what he is
doing while he is throwing some really impressive pots.

Though I cannot yet throw Eric's 3 footers, my 12-19" pots have grown much
easier to throw since last summer's workshop near Sacramento.

And Eric is a hell of a lot of fun. Please attend his workshop.
