I'm looking at the relatively new Shimpo Velocity wheel.
I've had good experiences with shimpos in the past... and now the Velocity has the
feature I've been waiting for... a reversing switch.
Before I jump... has anyone on list bought a Shimpo Velocity? If so, any early
reactions?
If you decided not to buy this wheel, could you let me know why & what you chose
instead?

hey sabra,
we recently demoed the velocity wheel here at sul ross. we were in the market for
getting new wheels and ernest aryee of shimpo sent one out here for us to try out. it
is a really nice wheel. good speed, nice wide pedal and good action, sturdy foot
print, and well made. the splash tray was a little different to get used to but
overall i think it was a really nice wheel. and...ernest was very helpful and
knowledgeable about the product. if you want anything specific info let me know.
