For further information on this thread, you may want to check out the
current issue of Pottery Making Illustrated. There are some quite timely
articles regarding this subject. Tim Frederich from Orton has an excellent
piece on programs for firing with controllers at various temperatures. I
have an article that explains using controllers successfully to achieve
predictable, repeatable, and accurate firings.
