I attended a workshop with Pete Pinnell a few years ago and watched him =
build a gorgeous teapot. Someone asked him what kind of slabroller he =
preferred. Much to my surprise, he said his studio was too small for a =
slabroller and he threw bottomless cylinders and cut them apart!! He =
said it prevented warping. It does! Really haven't had much trouble =
since. Try it.
