Hi

I live near Huntsville (Florence) and I understand that there is a local
potter who was giving private lessons. Also, there is another local potter
who does 6 week evening sessions through the univeristy here (UNA). Her name
is MC Jerkins. She should be starting some more classes soon. She does basic
intro to the wheel and is an excellent teacher. I think that I noticed that
her husband will be teaching a handbuilding course at the same time. Let me
know if you need more info and I'll try and get it to you.
