ah me, Tony Clennell:
what do I say to a local fellow Guild member who is settling in to
be a Force for Fury on Clayart, and who worries that I might actually
believe my publicity and begin a project that will go with me to the
crematorium.
There are new ways of publishing, including as you probably
noticed, Clayart Forum itself.
The techie book, if it ever is created, will attract a "publisher"
who will seek dissemination to the hordes of studio potters. and barely
reward my efforts at approximately 10 cents per hour (I get 20 cents per
hour making and selling bowls).
so, thanks Tony for giving me fair warning and probably good
advice. but as you would do, I will be ornery and ignore your words.
then again I might apply for a writing grant from some organization with
cash to disperse.
keep The Train going. Happy Times. & Peace. Tom.
