Hello Rebecca Knight,
You write:
'A couple of months ago I sent a message to Clayart requesting info/help =
in my kiln buying decision. Unfortunately, I received very few =
responses...
My only advice, and I am not as wise as most on this site, is: buy =
local so that repairs will be easier done, what ever the brand, if you =
are tooooooo unsure about your decision abilities on a major purchase, =
which it seems you must as you are depending so much on other potters =
many many different opinions,... just buy used. My used $200 kiln is a =
work horse and great for my needs, it takes time to 'feel' what works =
best for you, now, I when I go to buy a new one, I know what I want that =
will fit me, hundreds of other peoples opinions cannot help me know what =
fits me but me. If you are so unsure on what to buy new, perhaps it is =
not time yet for you to buy new...

May God Bless your life's journey,
Marcella Smith
