If your using Word, you can program the autocorrect to type any sequence =
of
words or symbols. I preface all my autocorrects with a *. When I wish to
type a =B0 sign, I type *o. I have a host of autocorrects. I use *tgs to =
type
my home address and *tls to type my law address. To use the auto correct =
for
symbols use Insert Symbol and find one you wish to work with and insert i=
t
into an open Word document. Highlight the symbol go into Tools hit
Autocorrect; where it asks for replace type *o if you wish to use my
technique. Actually you can use any combination of letters; I have found =
it
helpful to use the * prefix; if you use just o you will have a =B0 sign
inserted into your document every time you type o space. I have most of m=
y
family's address abbreviated in this manner. You can even highlight a who=
le
document and have a short code to recall it. I find this feature very
helpful.
