I believe that we should begin a new tradition of 'dumping' the blue
dog.
I sent it to you as an homage to your incredible vision of the whale
turd's place in todays society.
I think it should be passed on to the next great artist whose vision
exceeds our expectations.
Getting the dog could become an honor on a par with Obies and Oscars.
We could hold galas with freeloading celebrity potters. We could expound ad
nauseum on the values we hold dear.
Better yet, we could call it an experiment in ongoing performance art
and get funding for it. We could buy beer that we would share the day after.
Chris - in North Carolina - dontja just have to wonder what kind of a person
has that blue dog just hanging around their studio???
