I, too, throw a cone 6 “porcelain” – Mac 6 from Clay Art Center in Tacoma,
WA. I like it, took a while to get used to it, however. Try letting your
work dry a little more, and I think you will avoid the “burring”. The more
moist, the more burrs, I’ve found.
Once you get used to this stuff, you’ll love it. Very forgiving and easy to
use, for me, anyway.
