Hi Clayarters,

I am posting this request for a fellow artist --
potter extraorinaire Paul Stein -- whose high-tech
capabilities are limited to a push button phone!! (and
a CD player which doesn't function due to clay dust!).
He developed a glaze around this "Frit Z" which he
found around 25 years ago and has just run out of.
I have never heard of it but told him I'd run it by
the group to see if we can help him out.
If anyone has any, or knows where it can be found,
please let me know and I'll call him on his push
button phone!
thanks,
Karen in Gualala

It seems to me this was a subject on clay art so check the archives - can't
remember the outcome but - if you can find the analysis or the molecular
formula I can probably duplicate the glaze with another frit.
