Hello Betsy;
The archives are a great place to look, as you will be told. When you click
to them you will find spaces to choose red or green apples and which type
Gramma would prefer for baking a pie. So, what I do, since the only baking I
do is in a kiln, is go to
http://www.potters.org/categories.htm
All nicely organized, and fast to find whatever. My most used `bookmark`
Welcome, from Lela , who after a year on the list has learned how little
she knows and knows when one thinks they know it all, they`ll soon learn
different.

Hi Betsy,

I am new to the list too, but hardly new to the internet.

http://digitalfire.com/gerstleyborate/recipes/floatingblue.shtml

These guys are like a touchstone for GB substitutions from what I understand. The recipes listed are both GB and Boraq2 subsituted.

Best of luck.
